Kathryn earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN in 2021. Following PT school, Kathryn pursued her love and enthusiasm for traveling by working as a travel PT in CA, OR and WA. In 2023, Kathryn completed a Neurological Physical Therapy Residency program from Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Medical Center and in 2024 Kathryn earned her Neurological Clinical Specialist (NCS).
Kathryn has had a wide array of experiences and specializes in working with the neurological population including: post stroke, traumatic brain injury/concussion, vestibular rehab, parkinson’s disease, guillain barre syndrome, multiple sclerosis, Long Covid, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and West Nile Virus. She is LSVT BIG and Functional Dry Needling certified.
Outside of work, you can find Kathryn trail running, climbing, backcountry skiing and trying out new food recipes.

Dr. Emily is a sports physical therapist specializing in runners and athletes of all levels. She takes an individualized approach to care, helping patients build strength, reduce injury risk, and improve performance so they can continue doing what they love long-term.
With a background in soccer, Dr. Emily turned to running to stay active after her competitive career, which sparked a passion for working with runners of all abilities - from first-time 5K runners to marathon and ultra-distance athletes. She has extensive experience treating running-related injuries, has conducted research on recreational and ultra-endurance athletes, and has performed 3D running gait analyses to assess and refine running mechanics.

With a background as an NCAA Division I gymnast, Dr. Emma developed an early and lasting appreciation for high-level movement, biomechanics, and the demands sport places on the body. Today, she applies that foundation broadly, working with runners, outdoor athletes, and recreationally active individuals using a combination of hands-on therapy, strength training, and movement analysis.
